FTO GLASS

FTO GLASS

FTO GLASS

FLUORINE DOPED TIN OXIDE COATED GLASS SLIDES TIX SERIES ( FTO COATED GLASS SLIDES)

Definition of FTO Glass:
Fluorine doped Tin Oxide conductive glass functional products created by us have good thermal stability and weather resistance. Used widely for research and development purpose as well as in various industries.

Features of FTO Glass:

  • FTO Glass is electrical conductive glass, use for heated and thermal control, electrostatic dissipation and reduced transmittance of electromagnetic radiation.
  • Color neutral glass inhibits reflector color, increases light transmittance and minimizes haze to optimize clear visibility.
  • It is easily fabricated durable pyrolytic surface can be handled, cut, insulated, laminated, heat-strengthened and tempered using standard techniques.
  • Bendable TEC GlassTM can be heat processed and bent after production, unlike soft or sputter-coated glass products.
  • Durable Pyrolytic Surface provides unlimited shelf life, minimizes rubs and scratches, and will not oxidize or change color over time.
  • Available in a variety of glass thicknesses and surface resistivities ranging from 7 Ω/sq. up to 13 Ω/sq.

FTO Coated Glass

FTO Coated Glass

FTO coated glass is a highly whether resistive and thermally stable glass material which used for several purpose of research and development industries.

What FTO Coating on a glass stands for?
FTO, or “Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide”, glass type belongs to the TCO (transparent conducting oxide) glass category. It is basically a functional conductive glass product that is coated with a layer of transparent FTO conductive oxide film using either physical or chemical bonding process.

What are the Benefits of FTO Coated Glass?
• Electrically conductive
• Clear visibility
• Easily fabricated durable pyro lytic surface.

FTO Coated Glass is used in following Applications:
• Thin film solar cells
• Dye solar cells
• Touch panels
• Conductivity Measurements
• Film or Layer Casting on FTO
• Optical Devices and Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs)
• Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs)
• Electroluminescent (EL) Devices
• Photochromic Devices
• DNA Immobilization and Detection
• Sensors as well as Biosensors
• Photovoltaic Devices (Organic and Inorganic)

ITO Coated Glass

ITO coated glass is the transparent and highly conductive glass material which used for several purpose in the electronic and digital world.

What ITO Coating on a glass stands for?
ITO – is a Indium Tin Oxide, it is a solution of Tin Oxide – SnO2 and Indium Oxide – In2O3 in the desired ratio of 90% In2O3, 10% SnO2 by weight. This solution results in the transparent and colorless thin layers which vary from yellowish to grey.
This solution when comes under the infrared region of the spectrum then it acts as a mirror.

What are the Benefits of ITO Coated Glass?

• Electrically conductive and optically transparent coating
• High physical density of coating
• Low specific electrical resistance
• High environmental and temperature stability
ITO Coated Glass is used in following Applications:

• Solar cell application
• EMI & RFI shielding
• Electrodes for LCD and LCOS sensors and displays
• Touch panels
• BioChips
• Microelectronic assemblies
• Electrical layer in LCD technology
• Counter electrode for micro-displays
• Electrode on heater windows
• Electrode-Magnetic Shielding (EMS)
